37th Annual Jiingtamok
Sheguiandah First Nation warmly invites community members, neighbouring First Nations, friends, and visitors to join us for our 37th Annual Powwow, taking place July 4-5, 2026.
Come celebrate and experience the rich culture, traditions, and spirit of our Anishinaabe people through vibrant dancing, drumming, singing, and fellowship. This special gathering provides an opportunity to honour our ancestors, share our traditions, and strengthen connections among families, communities, and guests from near and far.
Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy demonstrations, Indigenous arts and crafts, delicious food vendors, and exciting dance competitions. Whether you are returning home or visiting for the first time, all are welcome to share in this celebration of culture, heritage, and community.
