Early Years (Binojiinh Kinomaage-gamik, K-6) is funded by the Province of Ontario (Ministry of Education & Child Ontario Services) and the Anishnabek Nation under the IELCC program. Both agencies operate under provincial guidelines and offer operational agreements to Sheguiandah First Nation.

This Early Centre is not a fully licensed daycare. It is a non-licensed centre for children ages 0-6 years. Other age groups may be entertained. The program employs an ECE Coordinator and an ECE Assistant, and is under the supervision of the Education Manager.
