How to get access

To use the Members Portal, you must first sign the Indigenous Services Canada Consent to Communicate Personal Information form. There are two ways to complete it.

   Print and sign at home

   Download the form below, complete and sign it, then return the signed form to the Band Office.

2. 2

   Visit the Band Office

   Come to the Band Office and complete the form with staff.

Once your signed consent is on file, the Member Clerk will issue your Members Portal credentials. This process is required by Indigenous Services Canada to ensure the Nation remains compliant with federal membership and privacy standards.
